About us
Pacesetters' was birthed in 1981 by the Lord, in Pittsburgh Pa., through Millie Heldman. She was led one step at a time - as He led and directed the paths that were to be taken. As a result of His guidance, there are several chapters in various cities and states and it is His desire that this vision will be imparted to others. After assigning each leader to their area, Mildred had Evangelist Iverna Thompkins ordaine the leaders. Today Mildred is ministering in Arizona and we are still conducting meetings in Youngstown, Warren, Cleveland, and Darlington Pa.

Our mission is to reach out to the homeless, needy, and those who are hurting; provide the proper food, clothing, counseling, and spiritual needs. Our goal is to reduce the number of homeless people living on the streets that are at high risk for sexual abuse and/or violence and to improve the ability for them to return to their family, workforce, and proper housing.
